The lamella mat is a flexible insulation product made of mineral wool, consisting of densely compressed fibers aligned perpendicular to the backing foil.
With a material thickness of 50 mm, it is ideal for thermal and acoustic insulation as well as fire protection on curved or irregular surfaces such as pipes, tanks, boilers, or ventilation ducts.
Mineral wool offers high thermal resistance, is non-combustible (e.g. Euroclass A1), dimensionally stable, and resistant to aging.
An aluminium foil facing on the back is optionally available for vapor barrier functionality.
